The best part of all Rocky series has been the showcase of training and in every part of rocky it has some new additional methods of training. Rocky’s training with the bare available resources in comparison to Ivan’s very high tech equipment and use of anabolic steroids wins the heart of all viewers who feel for him. Rocky uses very basic and Spartan approach. The movie sets an example for the common man that the road to success is all about conquering your fears and the confidence of doing you best whatever challenge one is up against. its shows everything is possible and achievable with physical and mental strength.
