Stallone workout for Rambo series


Stallone the biggest action star and one of the most hard working actors in the Hollywood. No one can ever forget the his roles in Rocky and Rambo if you look at the movie first  blood and Rambo 2 you must have observed a dramatic change in his physique.

Stallone is well known for his muscular physique, hard work and willpower. Sly has had a lot of injuries from his unbelievable physical pursuits. To reach that kind of physique talk about the workout he used to workout with well known body builder and Mr. Olympia Franco Columbu. His workout was divide into day double split.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY
Morning: Chest, back, abs
Afternoon: Shoulders, arms, abs

TUESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY
Morning: Calves, thighs
Afternoon: Rear delts, traps, abs

He use to do 500 rep of crunches in every abs workout and was done three times every two days and he gained 10 pounds within 6 week of training with 50 inches chest and 17inches of arm and waist of 29 inches. Sit-ups, leg raises, side leg raises, and side bends were the exercise which they use to do specially for abs and torso and every exercise were of 50 rep.

So to have the perception that it is difficult to be in shape as you grow old. It is not about strength or power it is about the determination and the willpower which within us. Stallone is perfect example of determination, willpower and discipline.
